Dear all,
Last Session
we had our last project session today for 2009. A lot of questions were discussed today and the main focus was on detailed little problems in animating for:
car rigs
Noise on terrain
light setups
particle systems
and much more.
Schedule
Please don't forget, that there isn't much time left. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.
For all who want to leave earlier (study in foreign countries) please send me your exact schedule to arrange a last meeting for your presentation.
Rendering Output
Some details for rendering for those who want to start during the holidays:
To save time use the daylight system to lighten your scene.
Use the preset for PAL D-1 (video), 720 x 576 Pixel and 25 fps
For output and composite render your scenes to an AVI-File using the codec:
DV Video Encoder
Keep in mind the maximan length of your animation must be 1 minute.
Wishing you all a merry christmas and a happy new year.
See you all again january 12th, 2010

camera animation
please find a description on how a camera animation in common works right here:
http://machidee.dyndns.org/education/05_camera/chap04_camera.pdf
To add a camera (or any other object) to a path controller, use:
ANIMATION | CONSTRAINTS | PATH CONSTRAINT
The path has to be a shape (line, rectangle, etc.). The shape can be open or closed.
